This is where we build your shot list. I’ll learn your event schedule, key moments, VIPs, and must-have shots. Conferences need different coverage than galas. A product launch is different from an AGM. I plan for your specific event so nothing gets missed.

Need on-site headshots for attendees during breaks? I can coordinate that too.

I arrive early. I check the lighting. I know where to be before the moment happens — not after. You won’t need to direct me. As soon as you have a confirmed date. Corporate events and galas tend to book 4–8 weeks out, but I've covered events with as little as a week's notice. The sooner you reach out, the better chance your date is available.

Conferences, galas, corporate events, product launches, AGMs, community celebrations, fundraisers, trade shows, networking events, grand openings, and private celebrations. If people are gathering and you want it documented — and you want a brand image library from the experience — I'm your photographer.


It depends on the event length and pace. A typical half-day event yields 150–300 edited images. A full-day conference can be 400–800+. Every image is professionally edited and delivered in high resolution, ready for commercial use.

No. That's the whole point. We build the shot list beforehand so I know your schedule, your key people, and your must-have moments. On event day, I work independently so you can focus on running your event.


Absolutely. I can set up a mini portrait station during breaks or registration. It's a great value-add for conferences and corporate events — your attendees walk away with a professional headshot and associate that experience with your brand.


Standard turnaround is 2 weeks. Rush delivery (48–72 hours) and same-day social media selects are available for an additional fee.
