I’ll review your inquiry and get back to you within 24–48 hours. We’ll confirm your date, coverage hours, and go over any questions so you know exactly what to expect before your event.

This is where we build your shot list. I’ll learn your event schedule, key moments, VIPs, and must-have shots. Conferences need different coverage than galas. A product launch is different from an AGM. I plan for your specific event so nothing gets missed.
Need on-site headshots for attendees during breaks? I can coordinate that too.
3. plan it out
I arrive early. I check the lighting. I know where to be before the moment happens — not after. You won’t need to direct me. Whether it’s a 2-hour cocktail reception or a 10-hour conference, I’m moving through your event capturing the big stage moments and the small candid details your attendees won’t even notice me getting.
